On-site Conference Registration hours:

The main registration fee and student registration fee include the Welcoming Reception, coffee breaks, conference banquet, and access to the technical sessions.

All attendees of the ISSI-3 symposium, including authors and session chairs, are required to register. Badges must be worn at all times to gain access to the technical sessions and the social functions.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The Headquarters Hotel and site for the ISSI-3 Symposium is the Snow King Resort, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, USA. The Snow King Resort Hotel was built in 1976, and has been recentlyrenovated. During 1991, the first phase of condominiums were added to the hotel room base. The Resort presently offers 204 spacious, recently renovated hotel rooms, including 13 suites as well as over fifty one, two, three and four bedroom condominiums. The hotel building has seven stories with rooms beginning on the ground oor. The Resort is open year-round. Complimentary Resort Shuttle is offered year round to and from the Jackson Hole Airport.

Participants should fax or mail their conference housing form,which is located in this mailer, as early as possible to the Snow King Resort. The housing cut-off is March 28, 2002. After March 28, 2002, the conference rate and availability at the Snow King Resort may not be available.
