CONFERENCE ARRANGEMENTSAll technical and social activities will take place at the
Snow King Resort,
Jackson Hole, Wyoming, USA. LOCATIONSnow King Resort is located in the Town of Jackson at the base of Snow King Mountain. The Jackson Hole Airport is a convenient ten miles away. Grand Teton National Park is four miles and Yellowstone National Park is 59 miles from Jackson. Teton Village and the Jackson Hole Ski Area are located twelve miles from our resort. The town of Jackson offers a wonderful variety of restaurants, art galleries and shopping. Jackson Hole is located in the northwest corner of Wyoming. American and Delta Airlines provide jet service in the Jackson Hole Airport. United Express and Skywest provide commuter service from Denver and Salt Lake City. Hertz, Avis, Alamo and Budget car rental companies are located at the airport. LETTERS OF INVITATIONThe Organizing Committee will issue letters of invitation
toindividuals who need such a document to raise travel funds or obtain
a visa. However, such letters do not commit the Symposium Organizing Committee
to providing nancial support. Mr. Michael Packard, CMP REFUND POLICYWritten requests must be sent to TMS Meeting Services, 184 Thorn Hill Road, Warrendale, PA 15086. No refunds will be issued after Monday, April 8, 2002. A $50 processing fee will be charged on all cancellations. PROCEEDINGSCopies of the proceeding may be purchased at $125.00 per book. RECORDING POLICYTMS reserves the rights to any audio and video reproduction of all presentations at every TMS sponsored meeting. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. AMERICANS WITH DISABILITY ACTTMS strongly supports the Federal Americans with Disability Act (ADA) which prohibits discrimination against, and promotes public accessibility for those with disabilities. In support of this act, we ask that those attendees requiring specic equipment or services contact the TMS Meeting Services Department to advise specific needs in advance. STUDENT SUPPORTFinancial support for student attendance at ISSI-3 is available.
