CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
The deadline to register in advance for the meeting has passed. To attend,
it will now be necessary to register on-site at the meeting (an on-site
registration form is available for download in portable document format).
The deadline to request a refund has also passed.
Electronic
Materials Conference (EMC) and Device
Research Conference (DRC) badges are accepted by both Conferences
on Wednesday, June 26. The EMC
registration fee includes Welcoming Reception, CoffeeBreaks, Conference
Banquet, attendance to all Technical Sessions, and the Exhibition. The
one-day fee does not include the Thursday banquet. EMC
on-site registration fees are as follows: full conference $400; one day
$350; student $200. On-site registration is located in the University
Center/Multicultural Lounge and begins Tuesday afternoon continuing through
Friday morning during the following hours:

REFUND POLICY
The deadline for all refunds was June 3, 2002. No refunds are issued
at the meeting. All fees and tickets are non-refundable after the June
3, 2002 deadline.
