and characterization of electronic materials. The specialized program of
the Electronic Materials Conference attracts between
550 and 650 qualified international participants annually.
ABOUT THE EXHIBITION
The 2002 Electronic Materials Conference (EMC)
will host an exhibition of electronic materials technology and services.
