Online and advanced registration is now closed. If you are interested in attending ReX&GG 2016 you can register onsite. Conference registration opens on Sunday, July 17, at 4:00 p.m. near the 17th floor coat check of the Omni William Penn Hotel.
This conference will take place Sunday, July 17 through Thursday, July 21 and includes:
- Sunday evening welcome reception
- Tuesday poster reception
- Wednesday social tours - more details available here.
- Wednesday dinner event
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during session intermissions
Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition, and all conference events.

**Must be a full-time graduate or undergraduate student; a copy of student school identification card is required; must mail or fax form.
Nonmember students must register using the PDF form and must provide a copy of their student identification card to receive the student registration rate.
MEETING POLICIES
Anti-Harassment Policy
In all activities, TMS is committed to providing a professional environment free of harassment, disrespectful behavior, or other unprofessional conduct. TMS requires all attendees to abide by the Anti-Harassment Policy.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to TMS (by mail or e-mail). A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be given after the registration deadline of June 1, 2016.
Photography Notice
By registering for the conference, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on TMS publications and websites, and on social media sites.
No photos are to be taken of any presenter’s slides. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session or the meeting without refund.
Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. E-mail TMS Technical Programming or call at (724) 776-9000 to obtain a copy of the waiver release form.
