2nd International Congress on 3D Materials Science 2014

MEETING REGISTRATION
This congress will be held Sunday, June 29 through Wednesday, July 2 and includes the following:
- Sunday evening welcome reception
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during session intermissions
- Monday poster reception
- Tuesday evening dinner cruise
Technical sessions will begin on Monday, June 30 at 8:00 a.m. Sessions will conclude on Wednesday, July 2 at 5 p.m.
Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all congress events.
Note:
- Language: The congress and all presentations, program materials, and signage will be in English
- Currency: All fees are expressed in US dollars. The hotel and surrounding businesses accept US dollars; most businesses (except taxis) also accept major credit cards.

TUESDAY DINNER CRUISE
The Tuesday evening dinner cruise will take place on the MS Libellule, the only boat-restaurant on the lake of Annecy. The boat completes a tour of Annecy Lake before returning to its starting point in the town center. After the dinner and cruise, the boat remains in the quay so guests can enjoy an evening of dancing.
Each congress registrant will receive one ticket to the dinner cruise with their registration. Additional tickets are available for $75 each.
MEETING POLICIES
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to TMS. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of June 6, 2014.
Photography Notice
By registering for the congress, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes.
Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited. Contact TMS Technical Programming at (724) 776-9000 to obtain a copy of the waiver release form.
