• December 1: Advertising deadline for the February issue of JOM
• January 8: Deadline for company description information for TMS 2012 Exhibit Directory
• Early February: Deadline for advance registration and housing
• Mid-January: Deadline for furnishing orders
• February 8: Second exhibit deadline for inclusion in Exhibit Directory addendum
• March 2: Exhibitor move-in for TMS 2013
