The 1998 TMS Annual Meeting & Exhibition will be held February 15-19, 1998 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. The meeting will feature continuing education opportunitites, an exhibition, invited honorary lectures, student activities, social functions, and a technical program developed by TMS's technical divisions, the Electronic, Magnetic & Photonic Materials Division; Extraction & Processing Division; Light Metals Division; Materials Processing & Manufacturing Division; Structural Materials Division; TMS Education Committee; TMS Young Leaders Committee; Materials Science Critical Technologies Sector of ASM International.

All attendees of the 1998 TMS Annual Meeting are invited to participate in the 1998 TMS Foundation Golf Classic to be held on Sunday, February 15, 1998, (just prior to the start of the meeting). All proceeds will benefit the TMS Foundation. The tournament will be held at the beautiful and challenging Pecan Valley Golf Club, site of the 50th PGA Championship. Designed by renowned course architect J. Press Maxwell, Pecan Valley has been listed in Golf Digest's top 50 courses every year since 1984.

$120 per individual golfer; $400 per foursome
All fees include green fees, carts, unlimited use of the driving range, 2-4-1 practice rounds coupon, Pecan Valley bag tag, continental breakfast, refreshments, barbecue buffet reception.
Tournament play will be a Florida Scramble format with teams of foursomes. We will get under way with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. There will be prizes for longest drive and closest to pin, as well as many door prizes. A hole-in-one contest with a grand prize of $10,000 is also planned.

The registration deadline is December 31, 1997, however, the field is limited to 120 players. Written cancellations must be received prior to January 16, 1998. No refunds will be issued after January 16, 1998. A $30 processing fee will be charged on all cancellations. Please use the on-line registration form below.
