The National Materials Advisory Board (NMAB) will host a dissemination event on December 10th 2008 to facilitate a discussion of the barriers to implementing the vision of Integrated Computational Materials Engineering (ICME) contained in a recent NRC report. Bringing together key stakeholders from government, industry, academia, and professional societies the forum’s agenda will focus on a series of break out sessions and panel discussions focused on identifying key next steps for stakeholders to implement the report’s vision of ICME.

For more information see the attached documents. Please feel free to pass this information along to colleagues you think may be interested in this event. The room capacity for this event is limited and so early registration is advised. For more information on the study visit www.nationalacademies.org/icme.
