This webpage describes the pollution prevention program, Voluntary Aluminum Industrial Partnership, which was jointly developed by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency and the primary aluminum industry. Goal is to improve aluminum production efficiency while reducing greenhouse gas emissions. From this page, one can link to basic information on emission reduction, accomplishments of the program, list of participating companies and information on international activities.
