I am a recruiter in the Material Science industry specifically Metals Processing and while customers are still adding resources I wanted to get a feel for others in the industry and what they may be expericing, both from a candidate seraching for a new position perspective and from the company hiring perspective.

For candidates is it hard to find good opportunities that companies are moving on?
For the hiring company are you having difficulting finding good candidates or just the opposite?
