In 2009, the Member News section of JOM expanded to include the unique activities that many TMS members participate in.

January's issue features George "Rusty" Gray III, a laboratory fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Gray believes that his stained glass work and beekeeping are just hobbies that benefit from his science and engineering background.
