Strategies to keep women from leaving materials science and engineering were the focus of the December feature story in the Established Materials Technology Community of Materials Technology @ TMS. In your opinion, what would be the most effective approaches that corporations, universities, and research organizations could implement to make sure they retain their female materials scientists and engineers?
