This site features a series of online "exhibits" and "galleries" on various NIST achievements and notable projects. Topics include the standardization of women's clothing, technology development during World War II, the first government computer with an internal program, OCR machines and weathering of stone. An extensive gallery is devoted to Jacob Rabinow, 2005 Inventor's Hall of Fame Inductee, and his inventions.
