The centerpiece of this site is a web interface that enables the user to ask a network of moderators a question related to chemistry, physics, astronomy, engineering, computer science, earth sciences and the biological sciences. An online archive provides access to 36,000 answered questions, the MAD Lab features a variety of interactive activities, and the MadSci Library lists science sites and resources. A section for K-12 educators provides suggestions for using these resources in the classroom.
