This table includes basic descriptions and links to supplier information, and to articles and handbook information for all purpose, high strength and elevated temperature magnesium sand and permanent mold casting alloys. A companion table with alloy compositions is also included. The list of alloys was recommended by an advisory group of TMS subject matter experts and may be incomplete at this time. If you would like to see additional alloys included, please submit a resource.
