From this chart, one can link directly to a tabular presentation of information on the various methods (with links to videos and key articles) or to compilations of articles and resources on particular methods.
The same information is also presented directly in tabular form. Two formats of the information are presented for your convenience: pdf and html. Please use whichever format best suits your needs and your operating system.
