An extensive FAQ document intended to help authorities in the member states of the European Union to interpret Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) and Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). This FAQ can also be used as a reference by economic operators, as they will have to comply with the national laws transposing the directives.
