The link provided leads to an index of IBM corporate videos. "IBM and Georgia Tech Set World Silicon Speed Record with Frozen Chip" provides a video tour of the IBM Foundry and the Georgia Tech Cryogenic Lab where researchers demonstrated the world’s first silicon-germanium (SiGe) based chip capable of operating at frequencies above 500 GHz (500 billion cycles per second). The speed record was set at near absolute zero in temperature.
