This model allows the user to choose a substrate and dopant, vary temperature and dopant concentration, and observe the resulting carrier concentration, resistivity, and band gap diagram. The mathematical models and data values were derived from "Introduction to Solid State Physics" by C. Kittel and "Introduction to properties of materials" by Rosenthal and Asimow.
