“An overview of the process of making steel from ore and coal or scrap. This includes a "virtual tour" of a steel facility (which requires a viewer not available on my platform), a brief exercise, and short but useful descriptions of processes from steelmaking to continuous casting, with blast furnace and hot rolling under development. A useful overview to teach students an outline of the steel production process.” Adam Powell, Veryst
