This web-site has been designed to act as a support mechanism for students taking part in U. of Birmingham materials science and engineering case studies, but also as a means of demonstrating to other institutions how these case studies operate. Details of case study assignments are presented. References and website links are also provided. The case studies incorporate a variety of skills, i.e. group working, oral presentations, written work and poster presentations.

Case study topics in Biomaterials Science include:
