The Teaching Archive on the Materials Digital Library Pathway offers several problems on electronic materials covering the chain of integrated circuit fabrication from Czochralski crystal growth to chemical and physical vapor deposition, dopant diffusion, and diffusion barrier formation. These currently focus on transport and processing, but there are plans to expand it to other areas, such as thermodynamics, mechanics, etc., as well. The Archive welcomes new contributions.
