I have a web page, Bibliography for Designing Lead-Free, RoHS-Compliant, and WEEE-Compliant Electronics, at http://www.dbicorporation.com/rohsbib.htm with references to over 230 books and over 11,400 laws, theses, magazine articles, papers, reports, and web pages that I have collected on these subjects since 2004. These references go back to 1851... Over 5,300 of these references have links where they can (or at least once could be) downloaded from the Internet for free.

A second web page, Lead-Free, RoHS, and WEEE Information Wanted, at
http://www.dbicorporation.com/rohswant.htm
* Lists a number of papers, theses, books, and reports that I am still trying to find.
* Lists search terms that I use when checking databases for pertinent material.
* Has links to the online card catalogs of libraries that I have visited, or someday hope to visit in this
study.
* Lists numerous journals, magazines, and conferences/symposia where I have found information on
lead-free electronics, along with the web sites, or libraries and the call numbers at these libraries, that
have them in their collections.
* The latest items that I have found, until I have a chance to merge them into rohsbib.htm.

A third web page, Tin Pest, at http://www.dbicorporation.com/tinpest.htm lists all the books, papers, etc. that I have found on tin pest/tin plague/tin leprosy/tin disease/tin blight.
