More than 4,500 attendees plan to travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, for the TMS 2025 Annual Meeting & Exhibition (TMS2025) in March. Exhibit at TMS2025 to connect with this audience of minerals, metals, and materials scientists and engineers who work in industry, academia, and government positions around the world—as well as with top graduate students you want to hire!

The event features a three-day exhibit and four full days of technical programming, made up of more than 100 symposia in 11 topic tracks.

Networking in the Exhibit Hall

Two large networking events—featuring food, drinks, and poster displays—will be held in the TMS2025 Exhibit Hall, drawing additional traffic to the exhibit hall floor:

• Exhibit Opening Reception and Poster Session, Monday, March 24
• Exhibit Hall Happy Hour and Poster Session, Tuesday, March 25

What You’ll Get as a TMS2025 Exhibitor

Booth Space and Sign

Standard inline booth space will be set with 8’ back and 3’ side drape. In addition, inline booths will receive a 44” one-line sign identifying their company name and booth number. Booth furniture and services, such as electric, will be available to order through the general service contractor, Freeman. Additional information will be provided in the Exhibitor Service Manual, available in late 2024.

Exhibitor Personnel Registration

Exhibitors receive one (1) full-conference and two (2) Exhibit Hall only registrations per 10’x10’ (100 ft²) reserved. Full-conference registration includes admission to the popular plenary event and all technical sessions. Additional registrations can be purchased.

Booth Rental Rates

The booth rental rate is $3,000 USD per 10’x10’ booth ($30 per square foot), plus $150 per exposed corner.
