Join the TMS Emerging Professionals Committee

This committee is made up of professionals, aged 40 and under, who are active in the materials field and interested in taking a leadership role in TMS. Committee members initiate, organize, and attend lectures, luncheons, and networking events for early-career professionals. Attending a committee meeting is an excellent way for young professionals to begin their volunteer work with TMS.

Time Commitment

Varies. Committee members may attend meetings twice a year at the TMS Annual Meeting and at MS&T. A number of additional volunteer opportunities are also available within the committee.
