EXHIBITOR SERVICES INFORMATION

Freeman is the appointed decorator for TMS 2016. Please note if any exhibitors use other companies for booth stands, pop up banners etc. you will be subject to standard Material Handling and Union Labor fees. As much as the TMS Exhibit Sales staff and approved vendors try to protect your information from getting out to these types of companies, we cannot stop them from advertising their services.

The TMS staff is here to guide you through the exhibit set-up process. Please contact Caron Gavrish with questions or comments at exhibits@tms.org or by phone at (724) 776-9000 ext. 231. The following are key dates for exhibitors participating at TMS 2016:

2016 IMPORTANT DEADLINES

January 8: Deadline for advance attendee registration
December 1: Deadline for company description information for TMS 2016 Exhibit Directory and Advertising deadline for final program
January 14: Deadline for housing
January 25: Deadline for furnishing orders
February 1: Second exhibit deadline for inclusion in Exhibit Directory addendum
February 14: Exhibitor move-in begins for TMS 2016
