Extensive interest in the 15th International Conference on Environmental Degradation in Nuclear Power Systems – Water Reactors has filled all rooms at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort August 11 and 12. Attendees wishing to extend their stay through these two days are asked to indicate their interest in the comment field on the reservation form and book it by August 10. The Cheyenne Mountain Resort will then secure a reservation at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott and provide limited shuttle transportation between the resort and the hotel.

guaranteed by July 11th to receive the guaranteed conference rate. This rate cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.

Nearest Airport
Located in Colorado Springs, Cheyenne Mountain Resort is just a 20-minute drive from the Colorado Springs Airport, offering 120 daily flights from 10 commercial airlines. The property is approximately an hour's drive from Denver and Denver International Airport.
Optional Shuttle Service
The Cheyenne Mountain Resort provides shuttle service to and from the Colorado Spring Airport. Reservations should be made at least one week prior to arrival. The cost is $12 per person one way or $20 per person for a round trip. Shuttle service can be reserved by contacting the Cheyenne Mountain Resort at 1-800-428-8886.
