The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS) is the administering sponsoring society for the 4th International Symposium on Superalloys 718, 625, 706 and Derivatives. The event is being cosponsored by ASM International, NACE International and the Nickel Development Institute.

Use this form to register to attend the symposium, which will be held June 15-18, 1997, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. If you plan to attend the meeting, you can secure housing reservations by downloading the Housing Reservation Form which is an Adobe Acrobat.

The deadline for advance registration for the meeting is May 23, 1997. Subsequent to this date, it will be necessary to register personally at the meeting (at a slightly higher cost). NOTE: If you register at the nonmenber rate, you are eligible for a free, full-benefits membership in TMS for the remainder of 1997. Simply complete and submit the TMS Membership Application in addition to this form.
