All conference events, including registration, technical sessions and the exhibition, will take place at the El Dorado Hotel & Spa, in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Advanced registration is closed.
Attendees may register for the meeting on-site at the Eldorade Resort. All attendees and meeting participants (authors, exhibitors, etc.) must register for the meeting. Your value-packed registration includes:

• Admission to technical sessions

• Hosted coffee breaks
• Banquet dinner and reception
• Admission to the meeting exhibition
• Conference Proceedings CD-ROM (with full conference registration)

Registration Policy
Conference badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition and all conference events. Advance registrants must check-in at the TMS registration desk to obtain their conference badges.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to TMS and post-marked no later than August 28, 2009. A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after August 28, 2009.

Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited.
