ISSI-2: Calendar of Events

The 2nd International Symposium on Structural Intermetallics (ISSI-2), sponsored by the High Temperature Alloys and Titanium Committees of The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society's (TMS's) Structural Materials Division will be held at the Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Champion, Pennsylvania, Sunday, September 21, through Thursday, September 25, 1997. The following calendar outlines the majority of technical and social activities planned for conference participants.

Additional detail is available as indicated in the individual session descriptions. The session descriptions outline the contributed papers. A listing of invited papers is also available. NOTES: The phrase "at leisure" indicates that the meal is provided through hotel registration, but informally and taken at the participant's discretion. The Tuesday banquet and Wednesday Bar-B-Q are provided through hotel registration. The term "optional" indicates that a meal is not provided, although hotel food service is available. Also, a 20 minute coffee break will be held in the Exhibit Hall Annex or Festival Hall approximately midway through each technical session.
