During the week of February 28-March 4, 1999, the 128th Annual Meeting & Exhibition of The Minerals, Metals & Materials Society (TMS) will be held in San Diego, California at the San Diego Convention Center.

The meeting will feature a major exhibition of product makers and service providers concerned with the metals and materials field. If you would like to reserve exhibition space for the 1999 TMS Annual Meeting, please complete this form. As outlined in the exhibition prospectus, booth space cost is $20.00 per square foot until November 30, 1998 ($2,000 per 10' X 10' booth). After November 30, space will be charged at $22.00 per square foot.

To request specific booth spaces, please refer to the exhibition floor plan.

LOCATION PREFERENCE

The exhibition management will process your preferences, forwarding the space assignment in the form of a contract for you to complete. The contract must be exercised and returned promptly with payment for the exhibit space. In the event that none of the space(s) selected by you is available, the management notify you prior to assigning the next best available space(s).
