Course Description
The goal of this workshop is to create a fundamental understanding of how to drive improvements in manufacturing process reliability as a holistic business solution, and gain the support and sponsorship of the operational leaders in business. Since many organizations are currently engaged in initiatives focused on "Operational Excellence," there will be a dedicated emphasis on Reliability Excellence to build a foundation of stability and accelerate the improvement potential.
