Online and advanced registration is now closed. If you are interested in attending 3DMS 2016 you can register onsite. Congress registration will open on Sunday, July 10 at 5:00 p.m. in the St. Charles Ballroom Lobby of the Pheasant Run Resort.
This congress will be held Sunday, July 10 through Wednesday, July 13 and includes:
- Sunday evening welcome reception
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks during session intermissions
- Monday poster reception
- Tuesday evening dinner event

Attendees are required to register and badges must be worn for admission to technical sessions, the exhibition, and all congress events.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellations must be made in writing to TMS (by mail or e-mail). A $75 processing fee is charged for all cancellations. No refunds will be processed after the registration deadline of June 10, 2016.
Photography Notice
By registering for the congress, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by TMS personnel while at events and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes, in and on TMS publications and websites, and on social media sites.
No photos are to be taken of any presenter’s slides. Attendees violating this policy may be asked to leave the session or the meeting without refund.
Audio/Video Recording Policy
TMS reserves the right to all audio and video reproductions of presentations at TMS sponsored meetings. Recording of sessions (audio, video, still photography, etc.) intended for personal use, distribution, publication, or copyright without the express written consent of TMS and the individual authors is strictly prohibited.
